Turkish Journal of Rheumatology is an official journal of the Turkish League Against Rheumatism (TLAR) and published quarterly on March, June, September and November. The target audience of Turkish Journal of Rheumatology includes physiatrists, internists, rheumatologists and primary care physicians interested in rheumatology practice. It publishes original work on all aspects of rheumatology and disorders of connective tissue. The aim of Turkish Journal of Rheumatology is to publish high quality original research articles. In addition to research articles, reviews, editorials, letters to the editor and case presentations are also published. It is an independent peer-reviewed international journal printed in English. Manuscripts are refereed in accordance with “double-blind peer reviewed” process for both referees and authors.

Editorial Board of  Turkish Journal of Rheumatology works under the principles of  The World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), the International Council of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), and Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Turkish Journal of Rheumatology is indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded, Embase, Scopus, Cinahl, Index Copernicus, Gale/Cengage Learning, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest and Tübitak/Ulakbim Türk Tıp Dizini, Türk Medline, Türkiye Atıf Dizini databases.
